1. Give yourself some good exercises.

You can start a regular regimen of exercises at home or sign up with a gym. I do not want you to do just a light exercise like jumping up three times and you say you are through. You need to do exercises that will make you sweat and take a lot of stress out of your body. When,you do this on a regular basis, you will be more energetic and be more romantic than ever.

2. Pray in the spirit regularly.

You never know how much spiritual high and power you generate when you pray in the spirit. Praying in the spirit is your ability to pray in other tongues or in a heavenly language.Pray in the spirit and you will feel good.You will feel a sense of rejuvenation, confidence and lots of joy welling from the center of your being.If you pray in the spirit for at least 15 minutes daily, you will feel more peaceful, focused and achieve your goals faster.

3. Meditate by breathing in God's goodness.

Most people are talkatives when it comes to praying. We are good at talking to God but hardly wait to hear what God has to say to us after we finish ranting out our prayer requests like a riot act. Communication is two way. You talk to God and listen as God speaks to you. Study His word with a quiet mind and be receptive to what He is telling you. Learn how to breath God's presence everyday. Just take in 7 good breaths and thank God for one blessing at a time after each breath. By the time you are through with seven breaths, you will feel a deep sense of gratitude and that is a good way to feel high.

4. Keep a gratitude journal.

Writing down God's blessings in your life is a sure way to attract more blessings. Count your blessings and you will always have more than enough to count.Making a list of all your daily blessings will magnetize more blessings to you. Be thankful for both the good and the not so good. Gratitude will always keep you under God's conscious presence. When you are always grateful you will experience unceasing breakthroughs.

5. Listen to praise and worship music with a headphone.

Praise is a lifter on any day. And worship is only legitimate divine drug higher than any drug man can imagine. Worship is living consciously in God's world. It is a divine flood of His presence- the ultimate divine romance. Quite unbeatable. The feeling of sex and its accompanying orgasms may last for a few minutes but the effect of  real worship of your creator may last for a life time.Worship is the password to miracles.

I watched a video on Susan Boyle, who featured in ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ reality show. It was quite inspiring. Her voice as she sang held the audience and judges, including Simon Cowell spellbound. Her performance drew tears from many eyes including yours truly.

I'm definitely not the most beautiful person in the world and I can be honest when I say that I think susan boyle is absolutely beautiful. I watched this video and I cried. Truly, inspirational. I hope this is a lesson out there to everyone to never, ever let what other people think of you get in the way of your dreams’ 

Susan believed in herself. She had always wanted to perform in front of a large audience . She vowed to make that audience ‘rock’ if she had an opportunity to perform. From the age of twelve, she knew she had a gift. She could sing with a very unique and touching voice. She kept believing that her time would come to share her gift with the world. And life gave her the opportunity.

Susan who was not a city lady was seen by the then cynical audience that she was just another bore on the show. But, when she open her mouth to sing , everyone who heard her sonorous voice knew that a new star was born.

You were born a star but when will you shine your gift to the world? When will you help build, inspire, heal the world with the gifts God gave you. You can never be the best if you don’t take the step. Divine guidance comes to those who believe that there is something good awaiting them and they take action to realize their dreams.

No great leader said it would be easy but they said that every dream is achievable. Are you living another man’s dream? Are you minding other people’s business while you leave yours unattended to? Are you following other people’s philosophy which has not worked for you while you have a better message for the world?

When will you sing that song the world is waiting to dance to? When will you give that speech that will revolutionize the world? When will you practice that idea that may save your country from untold suffering and hardship? When will you write that book that will inspire millions untold? The dream is in you. You must not abort it. You must not kill it with doubt. The world may mock you. You may become a laughing stock in your neighborhood.

They did it to Mahatma Gandhi. They did it to Martin Luther King jr. They did it to our Lord Jesus Christ. Never mind . The world is waiting for you. Rise up today and paint this world with your dream.Keep that dream alive. Yes, you can.

FILL your mind with His word concerning the solution.

For every problem in this world, there is a spiritual solution. God is above every circumstance you and I will ever encounter on earth.

 Before everything was created, God was already there. God always is.

You are not a mere man or woman. You are not just flesh and blood. Your body is the outward man while your spirit is the inward man. You are a spirit.

Whatever your problem may be; whatever goals or desires you want to achieve, the answer is not far from you. It is in the word of God.

You are a spirit. You have a  soul and you live in a body. Your soul houses your mind. As your body needs physical food to be strong and health , your spirit also needs the word of God to help you access divine wisdom, grace, favor and all necessary human and financial resources to help you manifest your heart’s desires.

Before you were born, God created a user manual for you- the holy bible.

The bible contains the solution to all the problem you will ever encounter throughout your life but you need to seek the solution yourself.

For instance, if you have a financial problem, then, do this:

1.     Search the word of God for scriptures that provide solution for your financial challenge.

2.     Study these scriptures. Meditate on them. Think about them all the time.

3.     Use these scriptures as the subject of prayer to God.

4.     Act out His word in relation to prosperity.

5.     Wait on the Lord for direction or guidance.

6.     Obey the cycle of tithing, sowing and reaping on a regular basis.

7.     Have faith on your faith. Just keep on believing and refuse to give up.
